How long will the LTLB last?
The LTLB is made out of a high
strength, lightweight, nylon or polyester material. We expect the average homeowner to get many seasons out
of it and many of our customers are going on their 5th year of use. During testing our bags endured over 70
hours of abuse.
What if the LTLB tears?
The LTLB can be easily repaired where
the damage occurred by sewing or using an iron-on patch. Some of our customers just use duct tape.
What
care does the LTLB require?
Very little. The material will not rot or decompose if used
with reasonable care and dry when stored properly. The LTLB can be hosed off when it gets dirty, but it should be dried
before storing to avoid mold and mildew damage.
What if I don't have a grass catcher attachment
on my lawn tractor?
The Deck Adapter Kit includes all the parts you need to attach the leaf
bag. Go to Lawn Tractors without Grass Catchers for more information.
My LTLB does not stay on my tractor during use.
Review
the instructions for attaching the bag around the hood of your grass catcher. You can see them at Leaf Bag Installation & Safety- for grass catcher models. If that does not solve the problem, please contact us toll free at 877-530-9084.
Leaves
and dust come out of the bag around the hood.
This "blowby" problem occurs with some
grass catchers because of the design of the mounting bracket and the inability to tightly secure our bag around the hood.
We have developed the Chute Adapter Kit to address this problem. Go to Chute Adapter Kit for more information.
What is your warranty?
Our products are
warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase. Still, if you have a problem with our product, please contact us toll
free at 877-530-9084.
Can the LTLB be used on Zero Turn Mowers?
Yes.
The LTLB fits over your grass catcher hood like any other mower. If you need the Deck Adapter Kit it may require
minor modification so you can attach the LTLB to any ZTM. Go to the Zero Turn Mower page for more information.
How else can I attach the LTLB?
Some customers
have put the LTLB in a trailer. This eliminates the wear and possible damage from dragging it on the ground. Click here for Photos. Other customers place the LTLB on a tarp that is connected to the back of the tractor.
